What it does
Gives a visitor a one-tap way to message you on WhatsApp. On a phone it opens the WhatsApp app with a chat to your number; on a computer it opens WhatsApp Web.
It's a plain link, with nothing added to your site: no tracking and no extra scripts. Taps on it show in your stats as WhatsApp taps.
How it works
Add your WhatsApp number under Business details, with a first line for the message if you'd like one ("Hi, I'd like to talk about..."). Place this block wherever it belongs - beside a contact form usually - and change its words if "Message us on WhatsApp" isn't how you'd put it.
Prefer it in the header, or floating in the corner of every page? Switch those on under Configure > Header. Until you've added a number, a visitor sees nothing, so nobody gets a dead button.
