Data protection built in

Privacy, cookie and terms pages generated from how your site actually works, plus the tools for handling a data request.

Service, filed under Trust & compliance and The managed service. Suits any business.

What it does

Every site gets privacy, cookie and terms pages written from what the site genuinely does - which analytics are on, what your forms collect, how long you keep it. They're a maintained baseline rather than a template someone pasted in, and they update when the site changes.

The cookie banner asks only for the consent your site actually needs. A site with no analytics needs none, so it shows no banner at all.

When someone asks what data you hold on them, or asks you to delete it, there are tools in your dashboard for answering properly rather than improvising. You can set how long enquiries are kept, and old records are cleared out on that schedule.

These are a sound starting point maintained on your behalf, not legal advice - you remain responsible for what your site says. Firms with their own compliance wording can use it instead.
