Book a call

Visitors pick a time from your real availability and book it, instead of sending an enquiry and waiting.

Page section, filed under Booking & scheduling and Lead capture & enquiries and Integrations. For Financial services.

Live example. This is the real thing, running on this page exactly as it would on your site. We've switched off sending, so you can't email us by accident.

Book a call

Tell us when suits and we'll come back to you with some times. Nothing is booked from this form.

Half an hour on the phone, no charge and no obligation. Pick a time that suits and it goes straight into the diary.

We'll use these details to deal with your enquiry, and we won't add you to a marketing list unless you ask us to. Our privacy notice says how we handle them.

What it does

The gap between "I should probably talk to someone about this" and actually doing it is where most enquiries die. A form doesn't close it - the visitor still has to wait for a reply, and by then the moment has passed.

This closes it. Someone picks a slot from your genuine availability, books it, and it's in your diary and theirs before they've left the page.

For an advice firm the first meeting is the whole conversion. Making it a two-click job rather than an exchange of emails is the single biggest thing a website can do for a practice.

How it works

Connect your calendar and set the hours you're prepared to see people. Your real free/busy is what visitors see, so you're never double-booked - and neither are two visitors on the page at once, because a slot is held the moment someone picks it.

Confirmations and reminders go out automatically, which is most of what reduces no-shows. Every confirmation carries a link the caller can use to move or cancel the appointment themselves, so a change of plan frees the time up for someone else instead of becoming an empty half-hour in your morning.

Bookings land in your dashboard alongside your other enquiries, and flow on to your CRM like any other lead.

You'll need

A calendar we can connect to - Microsoft 365 or Google. We'll set the connection up for you.
