Mortgage fact-find

Clients answer the fact-find on your site - who's applying, income, deposit, the property and any current mortgage - before the first call.

Page section, filed under Lead capture & enquiries. For Financial services.

Live example. This is the real thing, running on this page exactly as it would on your site. We've switched off sending, so you can't email us by accident.

Tell us about your mortgage

A few questions before we talk. Answer what you can - we'll go through the rest on the call.

About you
Income (optional)
The property (optional)
Your current mortgage (if you have one)

We'll use these details to deal with your enquiry, and we won't add you to a marketing list unless you ask us to. Our privacy notice says how we handle them.

What it does

Most brokers' sites link to a Word document for the fact-find. Someone has to download it, fill it in, save it and email it back, and plenty stop at the first step.

This puts the questions on the page. Who's applying, what the mortgage is for, income, deposit, the property and the current lender and balance, in four short groups that work on a phone. Only a name, an email address and what it's for are required, so nobody's stopped by a figure they haven't got to hand.

How it works

Place the block on a page and link to it from wherever you'd have linked the document. Each fact-find is emailed to you and kept with your enquiries, with every answer labelled, so you open the first call already knowing the case.

It carries the same privacy wording, spam handling and retention as your contact form, and your privacy notice says it collects financial details as soon as the block is on your site.
