Who runs this website

Margot is responsible for the personal information collected through this website (the "data controller"). This site is built and hosted on Margot's behalf by Margot, which acts as the service provider (data processor) and handles that information only on Margot's instructions.

Information we collect

Enquiries. If this site has a contact or enquiry form and you choose to use it, we collect the details you enter - typically your name, email address, phone number and your message - so that we can reply to you.

Technical data. Like most websites, our hosting keeps standard server logs (such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you request) to keep the site secure and running.

Visitor counts. This site counts its visitors using privacy-first measurement built into the hosting: no cookies are set, nothing is stored about you personally, and the numbers are kept only as anonymous daily totals (for example how many people visited and which pages they read). We keep enquiry details only as long as we need them to deal with your enquiry and to keep reasonable business records, and then delete them. Technical logs are kept for a short period on a rolling basis.
